19th century Hexagonal Sifflet, whistle with red coral stone.
Early hexagonal* whistle, nineteen's cent. whistle made by a french silversmith, Silver and red coral stone teether
Marked C.T.
This type of window was used 18th and early 19th century by French silversmiths and in England in Georgian times.

It seemed that it may had been made as a theether.

This is certainly a master piece and one that personnaly ment the begining of a great friendship .
