German porcelain, meissen or another, 18th Century.
Similar design to the 1760 Meissen whistle we published a while back, This one is mounted on an ornate brass flat base used for wax seal , stamp, white glaze and red blue and purple flowers, L; 2 inch. Propably 18th century, Germany.
